Anniversary
Once a year, find a youtube video with part of a tv show episode that is oldie, but goodie. That plays, "Happy Anniversary".
My parents started to have their family later in life, having mature parents is wonderful experience.
It was sometime ago, on their first anniversary,
a young couple enthused in preparing for a visit that night.
Their plans were to go to The C_____L____ L____,
Husband and wife, growing together learning to trust.
He bought her a powder blue dress, for their occasion,
Of course, himself in his Sunday’s best.
A once-cozy home, now a dimly lit restaurant, its walls still whispering secrets of love and laughter.
Their plans were to have fine meal of filet mignon,
surrounded by mashed potatoes and colorful vegetables.
The night was finished with a delicious chocolate and vanilla parfait, the rest of the night, they spent at home.
With a couple who never knew, they would eventually build a family together. And as their love continued to flourish forever, their bond would only grow stronger.
Now on this weekend will be their s____-_____h anniversary,
the time spent, only worrying about the present.
Have learned from such a gentle couple, the love
that became splendid, will be together forever beyond expectations.
Love always grows, no matter how much time passes,
days to months, months to years, years to decades,
Yet is more stronger than ever when they first met.
An experience of time and resilience, a couple who never believed in the modern thought in development. Their love grew
without this involvement, strength in wisdom and knowledge.
Learn from your elders, that nothing does not always have to
make you worry, of such and such as today.
Take a day at a time, believe what is said, in your promises
and vows, no matter the circumstances.
For what they have now is beauty of epiphany,
that will be remember not just by their family, but with a Wonderful Lord and Father.
