The Countless Sand

The weight of worries, a burden so grand,
Like the countless sand, shifting, shifting, never to stand.
My concerns, a multitude, a sea of doubt and fear,
I seek solace in the stillness, where stars shine bright and clear.

His mercies, like an ocean vast and wide,
A refuge from the storm that rages inside.
A shelter from the wind that howls through my soul,
A place to rest, to heal, to make me whole.

And yet, I fear the dark and unforgiving waters of sorrow,
The depths that threaten to consume me, to leave me battered and worn.
He knows the path I must take, the journey I must take,
To find my way back to Him, to the peace that He can make.

He guides me through the shifting sands of time,
Leading me to the still waters of peace, where love is mine.
Delivering me from the whirlwinds of my own making,
From the turmoil that threatens to engulf me, to leave me heartbroken.

In this vast and endless universe, where stars shine bright and far away
I am, but a small and fragile thing, yet I am loved by Him each day,
And in His love, I find my strength, my hope, my healing
A love that’s constant, a love that’s real.
