THE COWBOY SUPPER
You start out with spuds
All that you have got
Peel those critters up
And put them in a pot
Grab a couple more
Split them all around
Put them in hot grease
Til’ they are golden brown
Leave one in the jacket
Some foil will fill the bill
Poke it with a fork
Put it on the grill
While all these are cooking
There’s one more thing to do
Peel up several more
And scallop up a few
Take out those from the pot
Mash until fluffy and light
Make a little gravy
Be sure that it is white
Keep them tatters warm
Cover with a lid
When that cowboy sees them
He’ll run off like your brother’s did.
