I dream of birds
Swiftly the bird sings
something not heard before
like a cosmic power
I wake, at last
form my Ultimate Sleep(TM)
the calls fresh in my ears
Breakfast served in the time I walk downstairs and the radio
on
to the same old same old show
Yesterday + 1
things have moved
just a bit further
Should I down the Sopoform (Patent Pending)
have more shut eye
or open them with Pleasure(TM)?
what do I think and does it count
me and other binary minds off to the irrelevance
of my daily
grinds, the coffee served
Up we go to the work level
elevator calm today
then in to mingle with my peers
on 'say hi Monday’
we eat protein and milk
and talk frivolously
Our job is to push squares into the round hole
and we do it as well as we’re told to
when the cleaners bots come,
I know I must leave
and I do, having achieved
what is expected of me
unfilled of what is needed by me.
