Love Without Condition
"Unconditional love is all I felt for you,
The woman who ended my life.
Without a thought for me.
You just took it.
“I’m pregnant”
Words of great joy that brought you deep agony."
The debt of my mistake paid by and innocent child.
I had no choice; he said he’d leave me.
After all it was only a foetus.
How much pain could it have felt.
“Slowly I found myself unable to breathe,
I knew what was going on.
She had gone through with it.
Committed that vicious act that many are imprisoned for.
Murder.
My hopes.
My Dreams.
GONE.”
Instead of relief a cloud of blood and anguish covered me,
Seeing the remains of MY child discarded of.
Inhumanly just thrown in a bucket.
Its not as easy as the movies make it seem.
No time to grieve, time to move on.
“Now I’m in a better place,
surrounded by all the children nobody wanted.
Even after all she did,
The pain she caused.
I forgive her.
She never let me enter the world but she’ll always be my mother.
And I love her.”
